Con ella se pretende consolarnos a los españoles del malestar actual. Es así que en todo el planeta ese malestar es notorio; luego nosotros debemos resignarnos y cesar en nuestras lamentaciones. Nos pasan muchas cosas desagradables; pero esas mismas calamidades hacen padecer a los ciudadanos de todas las naciones del Globo.
